3. The kitchen is paved with ceramic and porcelain tiles; the sink is made of resin and has wooden closets.
4. The bathroom's floor and walls are covered with ceramic and porcelain slabs with full sanitary fixtures.
5. This story has two open terraces with a view on all sides.
