The ground story is composed of:

1. Three reception rooms and a dining room paved with Travertino Marble; a chimney within one of the reception rooms; in another reception, seats and bar covered with marble and surrounded with plants through. The ceilings of this reception room is opened to the glass dome in the last story; the huge facades of this story lead to the outer open spaces and to the swimming pool.
2. A living room with a chimney; the floor is covered with natural wood; the room has huge window with a view on one of the garden's parts.
3. A guest room with a floor covered with natural wood and comprising wooden closets in the walls. The gest room has a bathroom whose walls and floor are paved with ceramic and porcelain tiles; the sanitary is imported, "Troyfords" with "Grohe" mixers.
4. A kitchen in which the floor is paved with ceramic tiles (60 x 60 cms slabs) and part of the walls covered with granite and the remaining painted; the kitchen has two sinks and working areas covered with granite; closets covers most of the walls.
5. A bathroom within the kitchen, paved with ceramic and porcelain.
6. A maid's room, adjacent to the kitchen; the floor is paved with ceramic and the walls painted; the room has its own bathroom, the floor being paved with ceramic and the walls with porcelain tiles.
7. A guest bathroom; the floor and walls are covered with marble slabs; the wash basin and the toilet seats are imported with Grohe mixers.
8. Stairs paved with marble with wrought iron balusters and wooden hand rest, leading to upper stories.
