The first story is composed of:

1. Four bedrooms, each one with its own fully equipped bathroom, of a color corresponding to the color of bedroom and wooden closets in the walls. The floor is covered with wood; the bathrooms have false-ceilings with lighting.
2. These bedrooms have access to a bar equipped with an oven, a sink and wooden closets, a living room and office equipped with a huge aluminum facade with a view over the swimming pool and the gardens; floor is covered with wood.
3. A guest's bathroom paved with marble, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet seat.
4. A wash and ironing room with its balcony; the floor is paved with ceramic tiles.
5. All sanitary are imported from England (Troyfords) and Grohe mixers.
