An automated iron gate
The floor is paved with grey ceramic tiles (30 x 30cms slabs), the walls covered with white porcelain tiles (50 x 40 cms slabs), with fluorescent lighting in the ceilings.

The basement is composed of:

1. A gas oil tank.
2. A heating room, equipped with two heaters (De Dietrich).
3. A guardian living area, consisting of a living room, a bed room, a kitchen and a bathroom; the floor is covered with mosaic slabs, the walls painted with a granite top and wooden closets. The bathroom is paved with ceramic and porcelain tiles.
4. A water tank.
5. A huge room with mosaic paving, with two small bathroom and kitchen paved with ceramic and porcelain tiles, with local sanitary in the bathroom and a stainless steel sink with granite top and wooden closets.
6. A room for the electrical equipment.
7. Stairs paved with local marble leading to the ground story.
